Blower Motor and Resistor Pack

Does anyone know how to access & install the resistor pack on a euro spec 325i?
It is not in the same spot as the american e30's with the resistor pack in the acutal blower motor. It appears that I need to remove the dash to access it, I thought i'd ask before destroying the interior of my ride

Pretty sure this is accessed from the firewall. Engine side. May be completly wrong.
