turn signal staying on with headlights

This just started happening out of the blue.

I hadn't touched the car at all, and all of a sudden my right blinker turns on when my headlights are turned on. The blinker doesn't blink, it just stays lit.

The blinkers all work properly when the headlights are off.

Only the right hand blinker does this.

Anyone had this before, or know what I should check?

    Mike
