Best way to set up my amp?

I personally like to have my gains all the way down, but i do run 200 watts to a side, and i only run front speakers.

all the way down? Gotta make those ears bleed :P
Front speakers do pwn though (220x2 rms up front in my car), rear fill is a waste.
