Ok so I Fianlly invested in some coaxils because my old ones were cracking. Ok so heres the problem, It still sounds like shit. I took out the factory amp, and followed these instuctions...http://www.unitedbimmer.com/forums/c...termarket.html. I cut the harness in the trunk and matched everything up, but there is no freakin sound! I'm just confused on the instuctions, so I need help. I'm guessing I'll have to screw around with the head unit wires, and what not?

I just spent 3 hours hooking up all the wires on mine. I made up a list of what wires go where and exactly what I did.
Im going to make a thread soon with photos.
anyays when you hook the wires up at the head unit it doesnt really matter what you put where. I mean like both purple wires need to go to 1 yellow set. both green need to go to another yellow set. white needs to go to blue and gray needs to go to blue.
when your back at the amp and your splicing the wires back there is when you need tyo worry what goes where.
like the black wires are for the rear and the gray are for the front.
