    SI Board

are the SI boards Spossed to be covered in this red glue? its shiny and smooth and def solid, there are globs in between the batteries and 2 globs on some diodes. it doesn't look like the battery's have leaked they seem to be intact, and contacts look good

Talking about cluster's theres a wire that's for cruise control that has multiple spots, now some one told me theres also a wire that goes in the connector for the speedo, is this correct or does the speedo get its signal through one of the big connectors? Last question there are two bulbs that slide into the cluster when its together what spots are they spossed to go in?

Pictures would answer lots of my questions.
