E30 Trunk Mount CD Changer in Cabrio?

I have an opportunity to purchase a BMW factory CD changer (Model TR1000) and data cable. I have the factory cassette radio with infrared slider & pyramid button.

Was this an option for the 1992 year E30? I can't find any reference to it on the realoem.com parts diagram.

If so, I'd love to see a diagram including the power cable.

Aw man, I wish I could help you out. I have the same setup on my cabrio but I don't have my car with me now. Yea it can be done. There is a factory harness for the cassete deck but I don't have any pics of it. its a mess of wiring though.
