What is this plug for?

This is on my OBC harness, and non of the diagrams I find online list it. it is green with 3 wires, and says amp.

My OBC doesn't work (replaced it and bulbs) any help is appreciated

Don't know what they are, but AMP is the manufacturer.

I think that hooks up to the OBC brain.

Green 4 pin goes to the OBC Relay box (its NOT a computer itself, just relays)
the 2 Pin Blue/Brown heads over to the outside temp sensor
The Green 2 pin goes to the main relay cutoff
The Blue 1 pin goes to the turn signal stalk

It is a 4 pin plug with three wires.
