Nope no probs yet. They seem to be very well built.

That woofer is kind of a pre-production sample of a woofer I was going to have mass produced with my "Loud & Clear" logo on it.

And yeah, it is a pressed-pulp cone. Very stiff, very light. 2.5" VC, 120 oz magnet, dual spider, very low Fs, Qts is about .23, so they just rock in my boxes.

this is the exact same sub I have in my E30 and I can vouch for it. It is AMAZING. Luke definitely has a quality speaker here. I only have one on a 500 watt amp and it hits hard

In the last pic of the sub you posted, it looks like the foam surround is cracked? Hope that's just a reflection.
