    Weird intermittent electrical failure

I've been having a weird problem lately. James Criv says he thinks something is backfeeding.

Electrical acted fine up until the OBC was pulled out to have some bulbs replaced, etc in it, and the 12v constant line for my stereo runs off of the one running into the OBC.

What happens is, after i turn the car off, the next time I come out the OBC will be reset and the head unit will be back to stock standards. Everything powers on fine, runs fine while the car is running, etc. But sometimes there's some intermittent complete failures. For example, yesterday after a very long drive, I went to roll down the windows. Rolled down driver side fine, went to roll down passenger side...

The window rolls down fine, but everytime I engaged the power to 'down' on the passenger window, my stereo reset itself, my obc blacked out and came back, and my Valentine 1 (running off the cigarette lighter) reset.

*click click click* I pressed it three more times, same result.

Roll the window up? No issue. Roleld it down 5 minutes later and it didn't reproduce the problem.

Its getting very annoying to re-do my stereo settings every few days. Anyone know whats up?

Move the stereo + to someplace else...

        Check all of your grounds.

Went out this morning and my driver side door was the only one that unlocked (central locking worked AFTER I started the car...) , hopped inside and clock is reset, stereo is reset.

Driving along the road, looks like the ECU was reset as well, the car is rough at idle and trying to relearn.

This is a pain in the ass. I don't even know where to start checking.

I would go back to these things and verify they are all positioned appropriately. Then, re-check.
