Removing aftermarket cellphone antenna from window

You know, the kind that has something "stuck" on the inside of the window and a mount and antenna on the outside of the window - sandwiched if you will. This is for a rear window.

Can I just razorblade the sucker off?

They are held on by an adhesive. Razor blade scraper should be fine.
