matching a random sub to a box.

first of all, is it possible?
I have the sub in a two sub box but since one burnt out and my van is no longer on the road I probably wont replace the burnt out one.

so Ill save the remaining sub by making another box right?

anyways if someone could point me to the correct chart or let me know what info you need to inform me of correct box size that would be great. Oh and every sub needs some kind of porting right?

Look up the sub and find the specs for it. All manufacturers provide information on box building.

And no, you don't have to have a ported box. It can be a sealed box.

Well...we need to see the specs. It may be an 8 ohm sub, in which case you'll want to find another one to use it with...
