can the computer of a 325iS fit in a non-iS?

hi guys! i tried searching this, but i couldn't find anything. so i'm hoping someone can shed some light on this.

i've got a 1990 325i coupe. i noticed that the trip computer on the iS and the M3 are the same, but the regular e30s have a computer with less features and buttons. can you retrofit an M3 or iS computer on a non-iS?

What do you mean when you say computer?

I get the feeling you're referring to the OBC? If so, there's a write up in the DIY section.

i have a stalk and wiring harness for the swap. The computer screen is broken but it works. pm me if you would like to buy this. (i'm not trying to sell the broken unit) just mentioning thats why I don't have the complete setup.
