CD43... automatic sound level?

Hey,
I had an e46 with a cd43 and It had automatic sound adjustment feature depending on how fast I drove, does the e36 version of the radio also have this capacity?

Yes. The CD43 will vary the volume, it just needs the speedo signal input. white/black wire iirc.
