OK so I just bought a ZR3 laser shifter and a Passport 9500ix and I'm having trouble finding a good location to mount the front laser shifters. Obviously the best location is behind the grill with the leading edge inserted into the grill slats, but there are two issues with that location. One there is no good way to mount them there and two if you insert them into the grill opening the sensors are not level as the instructions say. So those of you that have had this system in their E30 where and how did you mount the front sensors?
