3 simple electric ?'s

1) correct bulbs for the 6 button obc, number and wattage ( no bmw dealers near me, cant find in book, wrong ones are in it now, way to dim)
2) have the wonder bar radio ( am/fm/casette) have the code, dont know how to activate....steps etc
3) heater fan only works on high...sup ?

If you have the code, all you have to do is type it in. Should beep when the last number is pressed. If it doesn't work and you KNOW the code is right, try leaving the ignition on for at least an hour. This kind of "clears" the radio so you can enter the code again. If it doesn't work after that, the code is wrong.
