FYI - USB Clarion for $69.99

DXZ385USB Clarion Headunit. I just picked one up as I have a similar unit in my other car and I can't do without USB hookup any longer, it's so cheap and easy to have an 8GB drive full of playlists.

Just figured I'd share. It has red backlight so it may "match" better than some others.
I'm wondering what i can do about the silver knob, other than that it looks to be OK.

Playlists are best for this type of HU. That way, you can page through styles instead of 50 separate albums. I have a different higher model and I don't find it obtrusive. It'll be much better than my Blau casette player.
