Front speakers, what fist dimension wise?

What are the dimensions of speakers that fit in the front of e30? I know they are 5.25 with those squarish adapters, but what about basket/magnet depth and width?

I'm pretty sure you won't have any trouble with any 5.25. i put 6.5's in with minor trimming.

if you get coaxial speakers in the kick panels, the little tweeter part in the middle of the speaker might hit the plastic grille thing, but as long as it isnt pushing too hard it should be ok.
