ok my wipers my turning signals, that computer board dont work. i tried messing with the fuse box fuse 4 and i wiggled it and it started working again. i also tried changing the 15a fuse and its still does the same thing. i dont know what else to do. it sucks cause its raining

So you said you wiggled the fuse and they started working again?
If so, sounds to me like the fuse contacts are worn out or stretched.
You can use a small metal pick to bend them back into shape.
