No running lights, blowing fuses

So I keep blowing fuse #23, I have no running lights on either side though, the brake lights work spurratically, the gauge lights won't work.

I guess its getting grounded out somewhere, I just took out my stock radio and put in a new unit. Should I put the only one back in?
