Headlight switch problem??

Basically this is what happens, and I’m wondering if anyone’s FIXED this and what it was.

Headlight switch position vs. What happens:

all the way in: Low beam headlights on ONLY
in the middle: parking lights, cluster lights and tail lights
all the way out: same as all the way in, only low beams on

Any advice on what to look for would be great!

i have the same issue, Canadian car with DRL. switch in all the way and i only have headlights. position 1 turns off my headlights and turns on dash/parking lights and tails. position 2 same thing. ive replaced the switch, with no change. anyone figure this out yet?
