So I recently acquired a 1989 325is. I took the radio out and found no stickers, just a small metal plate in the back with "F80712042" engraved on it. I called the local dealer and gave them this number, but they said nothing came up in their system. Interestingly enough, the dealer told me to try my luck in internet forums lol. He mentioned something about there being generic codes that could work in multiple radios??
In any case, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
