I am trying to replace the gear in my vert top motor. I removed the motor, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to fully open the motor to get to the gear. It pops open a bit, but then the arm doesn't clear the top enough to fully open the motor to get to the gear. Am I missing something stupid or is there no way to completely open it? I have included a picture just so you can see what I am talking about.
