passenger side leak - new seal?

got caught in the rain today and noticed my passenger seat was getting some drops of water. looks like my seal is ripped --

(got squirted in the eye when i pushed on it initially - not cool)

is this the seal that i need? https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...l/54318100908/

yikes. or do i have any other options?

    thanks!

Mine was leaking in the same spot but on drivers side also. I replaced the seal with a new one, but it hasn't rained since I replaced it.. And yes that's the seal that you'll need. They seem like they keep going up in price, so don't wait to long if you do need one.

I used some black silicone stuff from home depot on mine about a year ago and it still holds up well.
