    My thoughts as well. I'm sure it's a dealer add on. I will return the grill and trim back to black as soon as i have time.

        Mine came off the production line just a few cars later. I have a black 5-speed vert, VIN EC07067. 1992-12-08 I think you got your car for a great price. Mileage is low!

          Are you talking about the gap between the driver side fender and the front bumper? This is not in and of itself proof of damage, the bumper may just need to be re-aligned.

            Wow, what a cool find. I vaguely remember this look on '80s-90s Mercedes, BMW, etc.

            If it were my car, I'd keep the whiteout & gold stuff and rock it as a period-correct modded BMW. Get some gold BBS wheels and you're in business.
