    Need hardtop exact dimensions.

I've tried searching here, and the googles has a bunch of varying information.

does anyone here have a hartop, that can get exact (or as close as possible) dimension of height, width and length?

I wanna know if it'll fit in my DD for storage.

    THANKS R3V!

I think it could, bring packing blankets, straps and a good mind how to figure the best way to put it on there without damaging the exterior vinyl. My father has 2014 crewcab, he has tonneau cover on it.I think if were me loading my own hardtop on it I would strap it right top of tonneau cover...

it should fit... GF and I drove down to Virginia to pickup a Z3 hardtop...fit in the back of her escalade without a problem.
Both hardtops are more or less the same size.

The z3 hardtop is minuscule in comparison to an e30's.

Not saying it can't be done, but I can say it will be really hard to do without causing damage. I would set it in side ways. Pack it really well as already mentioned above.

The guy who I bought my hardtop from drop it off in a early 90's Tacoma. It was in there sideways with a bunch of blankets with a strap over the top. The hardtop made it here safely from 30 miles away on the highway. I think a Silverado would have a lot more room and work out for you.

It fit perfectly for its 220mile journey.
