I need to figure out if I have enough clearance with my 24V exhaust.

Any side shots so I can compare?

No pics since my car is currently at the shop for paint, but I am running s52 headers and custom downpipes into stock e30 midsection with no issues. THe back bolt in at the lollipops so if your pipes drop after that shouldn't be an issue.

I'll snap some pics when I get the car back.

Just had my X brace installed while at the shop for other work ... all I can say is WOW! It truly transforms the car.

Will this cross brace work with an S50?

Yes it will.

Also X braces do not add vibration or noise.
