Windscreen repair

Has anyone replaced the fabric on their windscreen? If so what material did you use?

I found an old thread on it but all the pictures were outdated.

Bump. Has any one done this? I figured out how to remove and re-install the mesh but now its just a matter of finding similar mesh.

OEM. I went and ordered some already. I'll post picture when I'm done.

Sky is the limit given the fabric can be squeezed into the channel and locked in place with the stripping.

I used a navy blue jersey type material... think athletic jersey with the holes.

there is a guy on ebay Germany selling oem replacement screens in black.

Someone post the sources and pricing of the OEM screen material, please.

Holes on the eBay mesh are bit larger but I'm overall satisfied with the look and feel of it.
