Convertible top "large" gap at rear

    Hi,

I purchased a convertible, the previous owner made it clear that the top needed adjustment. When I checked the rear part of the convertible top, I noticed a few bolts are missing. I plan on taking a couple of the bolts to the nearest hardware store to try my luck. However, wanted to check here if you believe those nuts/bolts will help reduce the gap on the rear of the convertible top, if not what will?. I can basically look straight outside (see attached).

Its mostly likely someone replaced the top and didnt do the correct amount of shims under the top frame mounts. The shims can be seen in this video [YOUTUBE]rHP1oI1R38/[YOUTUBE]. If you want to understand how it all works for to the guys play list and there are 3 videos, this is the second of 3.
