When I purchased my E30 there was a very loud clunking coming from the rear of the car. I decided to order a pair of "Lifetime" shock mounts and stainless steel gasket from Bimmerworld.com
The install was very easy with a little help from my friends. Took about 1hr if we didnt take our time.
