man after driving around the peninsula, north, east, and south bay to test out my AC system, I noticed the biggest factor affecting the efficiency of a system is humidity. Could not believe that a dry city like Sacramento would yield better results as much as 10 degrees than places closer to water like Fremont/San Jose under the same temperatures. -
what was the ambient temperature? and would you say it stayed 42-45 pretty consistent regardless of the current ambient temperature (ie +/-10 degrees?)Leave a comment:

I don't see how the e36 fan could blow that much more air than a spal 16". So did the 2400 cfm fan work better than the e36 fan?Leave a comment:

Dis^^Glad to see you posted it on E30tech. I have yet to get my account approved on there otherwise this would have been cross posted. Some are skeptical about this but mine still works excellent to this day. I always feel better when contributions are effective to others.
And you're just being crazy at this point.
I posted up the DIY here, but I'll have to wait for a mod to approve it.Leave a comment:

Dunno, but this is the one I had on my new and old E30. It sounds like a jet is taking off on high speed.

americancondenser.com tells me they can only sell to businesses. They suggested usautoparts.net and ac-condensers.com. Did you use either of those?Leave a comment:
