Fan relay control

Does it matter if I use either hi/low fan speed relay if it's an aftermarket single speed fan?

Right now it's hooked to the lowspeed relay so I can turn it on with the a/c switch
but not sure if I should use the hi speed relay instead.

no. they have the same power outputs and everything. I think even the same gauge wire, but I'm not 100% sure.

give me your year/model and I'll look at the wiring diagrams if you want.
