Miller W.A.R. with m50 turbo

Hey guys, Anyone have any experience with it? I'm finding m50 war chips for pretty cheap so it looks like its the most cost effective tuning or am I completely confused? Can it be run with the 3.5 inch maf or do I need the miller maf?

Apexi S-AFC II > W.A.R chip

+ with the s-afc you can run bigger injectors vs. W.A.R chip I think it's designed for 30lb or so ..
