Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to fit a WAR chip into a 027 ECU or if there is another ECU that will work in an 83 528e that will accept a WAR chip? I wrecked my 325is and bought a very clean 528 thinking I could just swap in all of my goodies and go. Eventually I will be swapping in the b25 and standard transmission out of the 3. for the time being though I'd like to play with the b27 thats in the car a bit while I rebuild the b25 and figure out exactly what it will take to get it and the trans in the 5.
