miller programable war chip?

Anyone ever use a miller war chip and if so for what was thinking about using one for my current 2.9l stroker build and hopefully tune it good myself to run right thanks

im selling my war chip setup. it works great. going 24v so i dont need it anymore. it is set up for a 2.9l m20. its already in a 173 DME with a 3" MAF. Looking for $600.
