    Dinan V2

My friend just gave his Dinan V2 muffler with the laser engraved tip from e36 m3...how does this sound on the m20b25? I am about to go pick up the full exhaust from a member and I am thinking of putting this muffler in the place of the stock one.

I have a 1987 325is....does anyone have any video or sound of this muffler? This muffler CAN be used on the e30 right? I ask because it seems massive and I am wondering if it'll fit under there just by eyeing it up.

And last but not least, when I pick up this new exhaust which is the same stock exhaust I have now just in great condition, should I even mess around trying to fit this dinan exhaust or should I just stick with the stock oem exhaust unmolested?

If I choose not to install it...is anyone interested???

    pics soon...

are the tips supposed to point out towards the street (driver's side) or in towards the car (passenger side).....the 'dinan' is engraved on the top and the tips would be pointing towards the passenger side if the logo is supposed to be on top....is this right?

Everyone is telling me that muffler tips point towards the driver's side, but the way this muffler is made it is confusing me.

i know this is an old thread... but i have an e36 m3 dinan muffler in my exhaust system. The muffler is what is angled, and the tips end up point out strait back (not angled to any side).

ehhh....it's a work in progress. When we have another 65 degree day in NY in December I'll think about finessing the rear end. It sounds nice though, I'll try to get a clip soon.
