    Forgive me & Please advise.

    How st00pid would it sound if I were to just cut off my muffler on my m20's factory exhaust.
    Its old, ugly, rusted through in a couple small spots. I can't afford a new one right now.
    And I don't want to have to buy new muffler mounting straps(they both broke) if I can just cut.

    Equal rights should be all or nothing, not picked and chosen based on what's convenient for ones personal agenda.

        It would sound like ass and you'd get pulled over at every block. Patch up the rust spot with some mighty putty and straighten out a metal clothes hanger to macguyver an exhaust hanger.

          I've done this and it broke after a few hundred miles(couple weeks).
          I've also used like 5 feet of mechanics wire and I noticed today that it had also broke.
          Looks like I gotta bite the bullet and get the new straps.
