Glasspack?!?!?!

Hey its been a while since Ive been on here I actually sold my car and just recently bought it back

anyways ...

I'm looking to do a new exhaust set up, now its just an idea right now but i want to delete the cat then have a y pipe to a single 2.5" and have a cherrybomb glasspack on it..

input positive or negative on this set up is encouraged

a quick youtube search showed this, doesn't sound bad but it's hard to tell how loud that is in real life till you do it. You don't want to be the douchebag making huge noise driving 10mph out of the mcdonalds drive through like all the fart-cans in my town. Plus I know some cops love to pull over the loud cars.

very true and I like the sound but it dosent say if he deleted the cats or left them in

Glasspacks usually sound pretty good imo, especially for the price.

if you want "LOOK AT ME IM LOUD AND NOT GOING ANYWHERE YET/AT ALL" than go with a glasspack i use to be a fan of them...than again i use to drive a 89 civic Si hatch and i though it was "fast"...now i have a very nice 2.25 dual SS exhaust on my m50 e30 still not fast but sounds wayyyyy better

You will not be disappointed with glasspack and Borla or Magnaflow as muffler.

This could work if I dont like how the glass pack sounds alone.

The reason I want to do this is because I have a good size whole in the exhaust pipe just before the muffler and I like how it sounds, I just want more of the same and I think a glass pack can deliver what I'm looking for

The E30 factory exhaust has a very good resonator before your ghetto exhaust hole. This is why it sounds toned.
And with just a glasspack alone its going to be retarded loud and a bit nasty sounding.
You need something to "clean" the noise up to a better tone. Dont make E30s sound like shit boxes, especially since your are local.
