4 wire O2 to 3 wire harness question

I'm looking to use a 4 sensor on my car, but there aren't any images posted in the DIY article for how to do it anymore.

Can anyone tell me how I should connect a 4 wire sensor to my 3 wire harness?

New Senor: 2 white wires, 1 gray, 1 black
Harness wires: 2 white wires, 1 black
