I didnt seem to have any problems with shipping either. If I remember correctly, mine also came in about a week. And yes, I do think it ran right around 400+ something for the catback.

My setup on my m20 is IE header to straight pipes (no cat no resonator) to IE cat back. Its really not even that loud in my car, little raspy though.

I have just the cat back on my m20. It's not too loud. I like it.
