Building custom exhaust

Im ordering supplies for my exhaust soon, im already set on my muffler and resonator but im not positive as to how much tubing to get. Im thinking two 4 foot sections of 2 1/2 inch pipe, and 3 180 degree mandrel bends all from summit racing. Anything else i should order to make the exhaust? Flex fittings or anything like that? Note: This is all being welded and installed by me and my buddies.

depends on how you're going to do it, I built mine with 2 45's and 1 180 with some left over (I also ran a resonator and muffler in line) granted I built a short system with track use in mind but 2 extra 45's would have done the trick to tuck a muffler up after the SF:

Just a note the 45's are a little easier to weld up vs' the 180 as no mater how good the mandrel bend is the pipe will oval a little during the bend; where the 45's will give you two round ends to weld together. Its not a major issue just might have to "round out" the pipe in a bench vise so everything lines up cleanly

I ordered 5x 45* mandrel bends, 2x 4' straight sections, and used two magnaflow mufflers in my system. You may want a flex joint at some point in the exhaust...on the s50b32, one of the headers has one built in, so I didn't have to worry about it.

By the time I was done, I had a ludicrous amount of pipe left over.
