    Does this look stock?

    All,

The PO did some exhaust fabrication and i cant tell if this is stock or not... Car is an 84 e, but the headers appear to be from an i, as there are 2 distinct pipes...

    Any help is appreciated.

cant really tell a lot from the pics. Eta has two pipes to the cat, and a single to the resonator and muffler, with a single out. I motors had dual pipes all the way through the system

There should be a gasket where that stuff bolts up, if leaking go to parts house, they should be able to get one, looks like a header connection. Not stock. All the ETA's i've ever seen have 2 pipes off the manifold, meet in a factory 2-1 right behind the firewall and go back to the cat in one pipe, the O2 sensor is just in front of the cat on an ETA, it's down the exaust pipes on an I about 18''. Headers from an I will fit just fine, there just a pain to hook up with the ETA single pipe set up. If you have a 2 single pipe set up all the way back they just took an 325 I set up and bolted up. The ETA O2 is about 2 feet farther down the pipes than an I, don't know if that would be an issue, ask an expert. Go to realoem.com for pics of stock set ups
