Shifting placement / new exhaust/hangers?

Fresh SuperSprint, all fresh hangers, and new DEC cat on an m42 car.

It’s like the doughnut hangers on the muffler clamps need to stretch out or wear in or something.

After adjusting the subframe hanger down – the end tip on the SuperSprint keeps hitting upward on the valance. Once the system warms up – placement is perfect.

I may have 'pre-loaded' the muffler clamps overmuch now that I think about it..

Any input on this? Should I adjust the subframe hanger down more?

After more thought - I think I'm just going to take out the preload on the clamps..
