      Any markings on it at all? Almost looks like a stock muffler with tips welded on, but you can't really tell from the pics.

                  my bet is scorpion from Bavauto, check the hangers they should be modified as they were designed wrong, bet there is a small crack forming between where the two tips meet the body of the muffler.
