What is the best Exhaust system for E30, at reasonable price?
Alittle bit louder than stock, no harmonized sound when crusing.

Honestly the best was to go is custom. I had a 2.25 single system built witha flowmaster super40. Whole thing cost me $168 and it sounds good. Its not very loud but it definitly has some throat to it. If the windows are up you won't even hear it though. Zero drone as well.

Same deal, custom, just with smaller diameter piping (2.25" is ideal), high flow cat, resonator, universal muffler, your choice of tips. You can tune the sound and volume with different combos to your liking.

any catback is a huge waste of time and money. the huge problem with the stock system is the mid section, its absolute garbage. just replace everything with a single 2.5"

Would you reccomend the Flowmaster 2 2' in and 2 2' out car? For those of us smog aware?
