i was just at the deq emissions place the other day and there were definately cars there that were older than 95 going through and doing there thing. can someone explain to me or link me to a website that clearly explains this? thanks i'm very intriqued.....Comment

Its NC only as far as I know. Last I checked, most, if not emissions/inspection standards were state regulations, not federal.BEERTECH
