1991 318is

currently has a magnaflow 14815 muffler on it, muffler sounds amazing on a m20....m42 on the other hand your average civic.


looking to get some good inputs on what muffler for a reasonable cost to go with.

add a resonator and high flow cat, keep the muffler.

I run a magnaflow high flow cat. You can also add a glasspack of some sort to get rid of the rasp. My setup was magnaflow cat>20" glasspack>magnaflow muffler and it actually sounded really good. If r3v would let me upload an mp3 you'd be able to listen to it, but unfortunately it won't.

this is what i need to know too. i have a 91 318i and have 3in piping and a thrush but has a cat delete and i hate it. so i ordered 2 1/4 piping from jegs and trying to find a good cat to use.
