Pretty simple really, fab up exhaust piping, cut holes in the sheet metal, and call it done. Since there'd be no room for a muffler that wouldn't drag on the ground, the car would wind up being a track or off-road only beast.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

FYI most rules/laws require the exhaust to exit the vehicle behind the rearmost door. Keep that in mind for dealing with inspections / tickets from LEOs.
