I would like to run my exhaust of of the bottom of my front fender does anyone know where I could find a write up of some kind?

Pretty simple really, fab up exhaust piping, cut holes in the sheet metal, and call it done. Since there'd be no room for a muffler that wouldn't drag on the ground, the car would wind up being a track or off-road only beast.

Try getting your hands on some cobra kit side pipes. They have a muffler in them. Cut it out or use the pipes.

FYI most rules/laws require the exhaust to exit the vehicle behind the rearmost door. Keep that in mind for dealing with inspections / tickets from LEOs.
