Hmm.. The tubes look longer than I had thought. Do you get downpipes with the headers, or can the stock pipes be reused with some modifications?

jus cool, i've learned to listen to your comments with a big salt shaker handy.

jus have to find some kinda coating to avoid the nasty rusted look after a few months

yes, it comes with downpipes.. i expect that some sort of welding may be involved to attach it to the stock piping. i haven't crossed that bridge yet --

Send them back to IE. They offer Ceramic Coating for ~$120. Cheap. Do it.

not sure how much heat will it bring but i would put a heat shield on the oil filter. it does look better than the stock manifolds

Looks like unbolting the cat section would be much easier with these.

flanges look cheap. they atleast could have like, finished their welds better or something.

but they probably are better than stock, dont know HOW much better. Jordan, you should flow test your headers vs. the IE ones. Just for curiosity.

God, I can't wait to bolt a set of those onto my B27 after I build the quite-modified new head... :D

They may not be the best headers out there, but for the money, they beat the flying fuck out of the stock manifolds when it comes to flow. Not to mention they look about 150,000 times better.
