I want to join an e36 Remus exhaust to an ansa intermediate pipe. There is a small difference in pipe diameter but that is no problem. My question is the bend after the muffler. Would there be a clearing or rubbing issue? Should it be cut before the bend? Here are a few pics. Muffler to the right is an e30 Pacesetter. Just to compare.
