ok, so it turns out that the stock bosch m10 o2 sensor for my car is 117$$ no way im paying that. Iv heard of using a mustang one? is this a known thing, can i deffinatly do this?

You don't need a O2 sensor, don't waste your money.

I agree with Jordan on this one. O2 sensor has very little if any effect on the operation of the engine. I had mine unplugged for a while, and didn't notice. Now that I have headers I removed it totally. And I don't know about the M10, but on my M20 it plugs in from under the battery tray (front). But again, no need to unplug it.
